Academic speakers from the University of Birmingham, University of Exeter and Goldsmiths, University of London will introduce the UK’s Business courses such as Business and Management, Business Analysis, Marketing, and Economics and how the qualification leads you to a global career. There will also be a Q&A session after the presentations for the guest speakers to address open questions from the audience.

Dr Scott Taylor
Business School Director of Admissions
Reader in Leadership & Organization Studies

Scott’s research currently focuses on feminism in organisations. Current projects include the use of quotas to change women’s representation in political parties, and women working in the craft brewing sector. He teaches on a range of modules across the Business School and supervises PhD students. He is currently the Director of Admissions for the Business School alongside his teaching commitments.
Dr Rebecca Mitchell
Programme Director BSc & MSc Business Analytics
University of Exeter Business School
Beccy is a Senior Lecturer in the University of Exeter Business School department for Science, Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship. She is Programme Director for the MSc Business Analytics. She has a PhD in Applied Mathematics, and prior to working in academia she undertook roles in the Investment Management sector, and at the UK Met Office where she was Head of Emerging Markets. Her primary research interests are focused on how environmental data can be used to support business decision making.
Dr Tomás Rotta
Lecturer in Economics

Tomás Rotta is Lecturer in Economics in the Institute of Management Studies at Goldsmiths and Visiting Lecturer in the MSc Economics program at SOAS University of London. He holds a PhD and an MS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, USA and specialises in Political Economy.
