Speakers
- Calum Hebron has worked for King’s College London for 3 years, providing information to students from around the world on London, King’s and the application process. He is also a King’s College London alumni, having studied Religion, Politics and Society.
- Assoc Prof Dr Thantrira Porntaveetus obtained her PhD in Pre-Clinical Dentistry Research and MSc in Paediatric Dentistry from King’s College London, and Postgraduate Diploma in Prosthodontic Dentistry and Doctor of Dental Surgery from Chulalongkorn University. Dr Thantrira is currently the Associate Dean of Research, Innovation, and Strategic Planning, the Head of Genomics and Precision Dentistry Research Unit, and the Committee of Geriatric Dentistry and Special Patients Care Postgraduate Programme, Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University. Dr Thantrira’s interest is the integration of Medicine, Dentistry, and Biological Sciences, aiming to deliver high-quality research, novel knowledge, and personalised health care for patients with special needs and genetic disorders. Dr Thantrira has published widely in the field of genomics and precision medicine with more than 40 international publications in top tier international journals including Nature Genetics, PNAS, Journal of Dental Research, and British Journal of Dermatology. She is currently an editor and reviewer of peer reviewed international journals, a current member of the Thailand’s Rare and Undiagnosed Disease Network, Genomics Thailand, and a Treasurer of the Thai Society of Human Genetics.
- Witwisit Chodkijpisarn plans to work in International Trade Law, with a focus on WTO Law. After graduating from his LL.B. programme in Thailand, he pursued his dream by studying Law at Durham University and King's College London.
