We have worked with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) to enhance the skills of young people and those working in the vocational sector.
From 2015–2017, we brought in UK expertise to help OVEC develop a new entrepreneurship curriculum for the Thai TVET sector and to train the trainers. The project “Developing and Embedding Enterprise and Entrepreneurship in the Vocational Curriculum in Thailand: Sharing UK Innovative Practice” won the UK National Enterprise Educators Award: FE Team Enterprise 2017.
Five selected colleges have tailored this curriculum to meet their requirements, cascading these achievements into other TVET colleges across Thailand.
“What I like most about this curriculum is that it creates an enterprising mindset and inspires students. We have never had this in our curriculum before.”
