I work in the capacity of Customer Account Manager in UKVI, at British High Commission, New Delhi. I have been associated with UKVI for more than 5 years including the role in operations. In my current role, I manage UKVI’s relationships with key partners in education sector for South and South East Asia region. The objective is to promote effective and efficient visa processing and to support, improve and innovate UKVI’s customer service offer.
