This is the third episode of the Road to Studying in the UK Mini-Series, the special online seminar from the British Council, helping you to prepare for your study abroad planning with confidence. 

In this episode, you will receive valuable advice from UK alumni on how to make the university application process a success. In addition, we will be joined by HR experts from leading Thai companies, Gulf Energy and True Corporation, who will provide guidance on planning your career path. 

The seminar will conclude with an IELTS Listening tips workshop and a special trial English class with British Council teachers to boost your confidence in English*.

Chutima has served several leading companies in a wide range of industries including IT, finance and banking, and retail for over 30 years. She is currently working for Gulf Energy Development as the Chief Human Resources Officer, and is responsible for strategic planning and managing human resources to help support the business expansion at the local, regional, and global level. Chutima has received several awards, including the best management award 2019 from the Charity for the Thai Society.

At True Corp, Dr. Andy is responsible for managing the HR Center of Excellence across True Group, True Digital Group, Thana Telecom, Ascend Group, and CP Medical Center with the aim of innovating and continuously improving people practices, employee experiences, and ultimately achieving business results through People. He also manages projects related to Digital Transformation along with other strategic projects across CP Group. Other organizations he served include Deloitte, SCG, BDMS, and etc.

Pongpanot is in his second year at the University of Oxford studying a Bachelor-Master programme in Chemistry (MChem Chemistry). Pongpanot received a scholarship from the Thai government to pursue his degree and he has been actively involved in several activities. Recently, he has been selected as the president of Samaggi Samagom, running activities with Thai students in the UK.
