d’Overbroeck’s is a leading UK co-educational independent day and boarding school located near to the centre of Oxford. We are well known for our encouraging and supportive approach as well as for excellent academic results and outstanding pastoral care. Teaching is in small classes so every student can be heard and can participate in lessons and ask questions. As well as being experts in their subject areas, our teachers excel in motivating and inspiring students.

Our Sixth Form has over 350 students and is rated 7th for A-level results in the UK. Alongside the academic programme there is a full range of activities, sport and social events.  A levels are offered as 2 year courses, starting in September each year.  We also run specialist programmes for students wanting to apply for Oxford and Cambridge universities, for Law or Medicine.

Oxford Sixth Form College is one of the UK’s leading independent sixth form colleges for students aged 15-19. Formerly named Oxford Tutorial College, we sustain the tutorial tradition through an average class size of three students and through having no more than six students in an A-Level class. We offer greater flexibility than mainstream schools with over 30 subjects on offer across A-Level, NCUK IFY, BTEC and GCSE. For students looking to improve on their results we also offer specialised, examination board specific, A-Level retake programmes that provide the right environment for you to have the opportunity to improve your results and secure a place at a top university. We are very much a college preparing young people for the responsibilities of life at university and beyond rather than a school.
