Jesse Reidak

Jesse Reidak hails from Toronto, Canada, and currently resides in Kansai, Japan. He teaches content-based courses at a private elementary school located in Kyoto. Jesse’s research interests include sustainability-related topics, developing cooperative learning methods for young learners, and task-based English language teaching.

Jittima Duangmanee

Jittima Duangmanee has an extensive teaching career spanning 24 years. Currently, she teaches at Surathampitak Secondary School, in Nakhon Ratchasima in Thailand. She leads the English Programme, and also serves as an adjunct teacher at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Beyond these commitments, she is dedicated to teacher training, with particular interest in Exploratory Action Research (EAR) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). 

Judit Kormos

Judit Kormos is Professor in Second Language Acquisition at Lancaster University in the UK. Her research interests include the psycholinguistic aspects of second language acquisition, reading comprehension and speech production. She was a key partner in the award-winning project Dyslexia for Teachers of English as a Foreign Language, which was sponsored by the European Commission. Now she is lead educator in Dyslexia and Foreign Language Teaching offered by Future Learn. 

Nguyen T. Huong Thao

Nguyen T. Huong Thao is a distinguished MA TESOL graduate from Westminster UK, recognised with the GREAT 2022 scholarship by the British Council. She graduated with distinction and earned a full scholarship from the French government for her MA in Economics in Paris. Proficient in French (DELF B2), English (IELTS 8.0), and Chinese (HSK3), she is an experienced English teacher and content creator, inspiring over 18,000 followers on Facebook with her experiences in education and language learning.

Phyo Wai Tun

Phyo Wai Tun, an English teacher and educator from Myanmar serves as chair-elect of the Awards Professional Council at TESOL International Association. His research focuses on exploring local teaching practices that are practical, feasible, and sustainable in the local context. He is dedicated to promoting inclusive English language teaching approaches that cater to both learners and teachers. He founded the online community of practice for English Language Teachers in Myanmar (ELTiM).

Rose Aylett

Rose Aylett is a freelance training consultant and CELTA tutor, based in Liverpool, UK. She has worked in ELT for almost 20 years, in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, with a special interest  in critical pedagogy, global citizenship and social justice education. Her MA thesis, which explored critical literacy within teacher education, informed the NILE Online course ‘Global Citizenship in Language Education’.

Steven Lim

Steven Lim is an adjunct lecturer in the Center for Foreign Language Education and Research at Rikkyo University, and he is currently doing his PhD at Waseda University in Tokyo. He has published articles on speech modification, teacher beliefs and practices, and CALL. His research interests include motivation, CLIL, the SDGs, and how to encourage learner autonomy for better results.

Sue Garton

Professor of Applied Linguistics (TESOL) at Aston University, Birmingham, UK, Sue has been an English language teacher and teacher educator for over 40 years, working with professionals from all over the world. She has worked on Erasmus+ and British Council-funded projects on teaching young learners, CLIL and EMI. Her many scholarly publications include The Routledge Handbook of Teaching English to Young Learners and the 15-volume series, International Perspectives in ELT.

Thanyasiri Sittirach

Thanyasiri Sittirach is a passionate teacher at Nongwuasopittayakhom School in Udon Thani, Thailand. She’s so dedicated to sharing knowledge with her fellow teachers, she shares her classroom activities and teaching tips via her YouTube channel “Kru Fai,” and her website, www.krufai.in.th. Since 2022 she’s been a ClassPoint Certified Trainer, which tasks her with teaching and sharing interactive technology teaching tools with teachers, organising webinars, and producing educational content.

Yoffie Kharisma Dewi

Yoffie Kharisma Dewi, M.Hum. is an English Lecturer at Politeknik Bintan Cakrawala, Indonesia. She graduated from Andalas University with a master's degree in Linguistics, specializing in Neurolinguistics. Since 2013, she has been conducting research on Neuro-ELT and Psycholinguistics, focusing on the EFL learning process. Her expertise and dedication make her a prominent figure in the field of EFL education.
